Netware 4.11 does not support Native TCP/IP for file sharing, logging in, and
the such.  You will need to load Netware IP to go along with what you have
already loaded...this means loading Netware IP on the clients as well.  Setting
up Netware Ip is beyond the scope of this note but there are plenty of Tid's on
it from the Novell Support site.  It is somewhat complex.

Netware 5 would do what you want with TCP/IP if you have been thinking about
upgrading.
