Does ARCServeIT 6.6 support long file names?  We are currently running a
NetWare 4.2 server with long file names, and trying to backup several Win95
PC's with long file names.  However ARCServeIT appears to be truncating the
file names to the old 8.3 format on both the server and PC's.  Have I missed
a simple option?

Re-reading the manual it suggests we use SMS (Novell's Storage Management
Services) by default.  Will this resolve the problem?  How do I know if I'm
using SMS?
