Your receiver batteries usually last about 3 weeks depending how much you run 
if you use regular batteries, if you use nicads you will need to recharge the 
after about 1 hour of running.  I charge mine with my regular charger I have 
a Tekin BC100 charger.  You just have to set it to its lowest setting 1 amp.
