Mr Anon I think Dustin may be telling the truth about being very 
ill. He's posted about his illness before. I once wondered if the
knowledge that his illness would likely cause him serious health
problems was why he acts so recklessly.

Correction: 

Lungs and heart. It originates in the liver. I'll either have
serious trouble breathing, and/or massive heart attack. That is, if
something else doesn't get me first. lol Like a car wreck, a bus, or
some airplanes toilet seat landing on my head.
