All those things are given by compiler directives, like #ifdef or #if defined

Yeah, my fear is that he gave up, but i don't hope so. Do you have CVS
access to commit?

Then i could send you my diff'es.

Because Squish is working well now, i use it by my self, i've requested the
Sqafix source but in writing time i've not heard of Pete yet.
