Yes, I had mine setup right after I bought it.  Took it over to a local
guitar tech master named Steve Soest.  He wrote "nice guitar" on my
receipt, which made me feel even better about the purchase.  If I ever get
a 12 string, it will be a Seagull to match this one.
The electronics have worked great, I just wish it was easier to get to the
battery.....
