Only once every half hour?  I know it varies by company,
but a half hour between check-ins seems like a long
interval.
Not that I doubt your word or your method.
It must vary by call volume, you ether live in a high
volume area, or a low volume area.
Most other people I've talked to about this clam times as
low as five seconds or as much as 2 minutes.  No one else
was even closes to half an hour.
