You can bind multiple protocols to a single NIC on your server & everything
co-exists comfortably.
Refer to a book called "Netware to Internet Gateways" by Gaskin (Prentice
Hall) which gives lot of information on doing what you want. Use Novell's
IPX/IP Gateway for  which you do not need client side TCP/IP stack & any
third party utility. Just out of curiosity why not use IP along with IPX.
With Novell's current push to pure IP in Netware 5 sooner or later all of us
will have to use it in one form or the other.
