Oh, I can handle the chore of writing the software. I'm quite versed in
programming.  However, I'm not very versed in designing the hardware.

Now, I understand that certain microcontrollers can generate the PWM
themselves, right? A know Basic Stamp even has a special command for it
(Although I will certainly not use Basic Stamp - too expensive)
