i am wondering if it is possible to stop users from messaging each other
when logged on.  Removing nwpopup doesn't work, as the messgage comes
through in dos, and disabling messaging is a waste of time as the students
know how to turn it back on.  It's a major pain as students broadcast
obscene messages to everyone?
Any ideas?
