I wonder about that.
There used to be for example the AVIATION-echo where veteran-flyers from
WW2 were detailing whole combat missions ... it read like a book.
Then I lost it all in a crash wondering if someone kept the archive.
Or the GREEN.029-echo which recounted 4live4 the life on the then
Greenpeace-base on Antarctice, it was wildly popular in schools ... it was
the first blog ever and read like a book... then the same crash happened.
Over the years some wonderfull things have been written about in Fidonet
... where has it all gone ?
