You're looking for hats ???  I have a few.  Are you looking for baseball 
caps, cowboy hats, hard hats ???   I've never heard of a "Super" hat, but if 
you describe it, I might be able to find you a supplier here in the U.S. !?

Oh..  Is it a 'static hat' you're talking about ?  For what band ?!  You 
might also want to check in the ARRL Handbook as I think there are a few 
paragraphs relating to the design of antenna static (capcitance) hats.
I don't know of any PRoGrams for designing hats, but if you find any, I'd be 
interested in checking it out...  TIA
