I have a couple of questions for ya.
The other day I came up on a situations were I wasn't
sure what to do. I was driving down a four lane road
and was slowly passing (you know where I'm doing say 55
and they are doing 52-54) a couple of school buses.
Then the lead bus came to a RR crossing and started to
stop which leads to the question. Although the bus
didn't extend his stop sign I didn't know if I should
stop or not. I just slowed down so the bus was moving
before I reached it.
Now for another question. I was taught that when you
were turning onto a multi lane road from a two lane
road you turned into the closest (far left) lane. Then
moved over into the lane you wanted. In the past
couple of months I have seen every thing from cars to
police car to the buses in the question above turning
into the farthest (right hand) lane. Which is correct?
