Hello Michael! 07 Mar 05 23:25, Michael Balcos wrote to All: MB> Hi. I used to be a BBS sysop and I'm considering operating one again. Your advice will be really MB> helpful. I use William McBrine's ECHOFIX to correct bad dates in Squish bases imported via both BlueWave and Silver Express Maximus doors. Careful: there are other utilities named ECHOFIX that have nothing to do with fixing grunged dates. The trick is to make a datefix pass before you've made any attempt to scan out the area. Otherwise, Squish has already moved the high-water mark passed the message with the grunged date and won't try to toss it again later after the dates are corrected. .\\ike --- GoldED 2.50+* Origin: -=( The TechnoDrome )=- Austin,TX 512-327-8598 33.6k (1:382/61) SEEN-BY: 633/267 270 5030/786 @PATH: 382/61 140/1 106/2000 633/267 |
