Umm.. Off the top of my head... I was doing this the other day.
In basic it goes:
10 open 15, 8, 15
15 rem go to root
20 print# 15, "/"
25 rem browse each in turn
30 print# 15, "/0:first"
35 print# 15, "/0:second"
40 close 15
I have a very well commented basic program that creates a 3 level deep tree
that I used for testing and demonstrates directory walking. You have to use it
on a blank disk though because it will format it completely. I can give it to
you if you like.
It was written in basic 7 but I think it should work in 2.
