You didn't quite say this accurately. He can run either one set of 4, or 8
ohm speaker, or 2 pairs of 8 ohm speakers, 4 pairs of 16 ohm speakers, etc
etc... As long as his final load is somewhere between 4 and 8 ohms, his amp
should be happy and go about it's business...
