Unless I edit the old replies in the .REP packet, the BBS will 
notify me that they are duplicates, and not accept them. 

That occurs even though I have added new replies to the .REP packet. 

My problem is that email gets sent out from the BBS, and deleted, 
right away, so there isn't a duplicate to check against.
