You might try logging onto Juxtaposition BBS. 
In the opening screens, he has his email address, along with why he 
_had_ been unavailable. 
Try emailing him to see if he will email you back. 

Also scan down through the echoes on the BBS. 
One is called Internet Email echo, but doesn't look like it's for sending 
private email. 
It looks like something related to the Maximus BBS.
