Ok that is good to know. At least messages created on my system leave it with
the correct time in the message header. ;)

I want to implement a routine that can sort a (jam) message base in
chronological order. But that won't work if it's impossible to determine the
correct UTC creation time of the message.
But as it is, lot's of messages lack the TZUTC flag (or an other way to
determine the UTC creation time), so I think this is an impossible thing...
