I'm trying to go from Novell 3.11 to 3.2 via the Enhancement pack. I
have to upgrade to 3.12 using the copy that comes with the Enhancement
pack in order to get to 3.2. At the end of the upgrade I get an error
message on the console screen (and later, when I run it from DOS, on the
Dos screen): "ERROR: server file C:\NWSERVER\SERVER.EXE does not
contain a swappable loader". The only thing I found that closely
resembled help about this on support.novell.com was something about the
dates.

In order to get the upgrade to even start I had to format a disk and
label it "SYSTEM-1" instead of the SYSTEM_1 that the original disk was
called (little bug - no mention of this on the web site) and the dates
on the SERVER.EXE and other files had changed. So, I reset the dates
and I still get the same error message.

We can't go to another version until later next year b/c of some SQL
databases and software we are using.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Eddie B.
