Neither method is completely safe as soon as 386+ memory mangers come into
the picture. One (and the only reliable) method which works under DV/QEMM
is to put an 'R 'into the keyboard controller than force an exception error
#13. The 'R' answers the QEMM "press T to terminate or R reboot"
screen. I thought it was fairly ingenious since I'd failed to come up with
something that always word irregardless of the hardware and software
environment.
