Harvey, as usual you are exaggerating and taking things out of
context. When Dr. Jernigan made the reservations, he got as many
rooms as he could. At the time, it seemed like enough, but
conventions keep growing.
I do not think that the National Center takes reservations to be
custodial. It might well be that the hotels want us to do this
to save them work, and it is in part how we get cheaper rates.
