If you had added the 'TZUTC: 0000' kludge to your message I wouldn't have to
guess that, but would have known!
Anyway there seems to be something wrong with your UTC time!
The message header says: 12:37:44 (which should be UTC according to you)
Your own date/time says: 15:37:43 +0200
There's a 3 hour difference instead of 2 !?

If you follow the http://ftsc.org/docs/fts-4008.002 standard, there can't be
any discussion on what the time of the message is!
