I really meant the non hard CR lines. Usually all the unquoted lines are
like that.

No, I said the quoter uses the crude quoting done by the OLR to get that
stuff. Since yours doesnt do that, you have a fundamental problem.

And I am saying it doesnt work like that. It uses crude quoting by the
OLR to get the quote initials.
