That is what I was thinking.  I also thought a tagger where the backbone
was displayed with checkboxes would be nice.  I wrote a bash script years
ago using dialog to display the checkbox.  Then it was a simple matter of
using the spacebar to turn on/off which echoes one wished to turn on/off. 
It would also be good for users and the BBS for both messaging and file
selection type of activities.
