How did you discover this?
Incidentally, it didnt' seem to cahnge anything the defective installation.

I'm going to compare directories with him.  There's something we don't
yet know.

We took out UIGNORE.TLX and that changed nothing.
Most frustrating.  Any further ideas?  Any are welcome.
