Of course it is. The teaser runs out in 12months though, instead of 6.

I know, but if you offer something for sale, you should make every attempt
to make it as offered. See, I'm paying for something offered at 6mbps, but
even at 4.4mbps I'm not getting what I'm paying for, in my book.
That reminds me of the Mudstain Cobra, offered for sale with 375hp, but
only produced 360hp...if one pays for 375hp and only get 360hp, you're
paying for something as advertised, but you didn't get. Ford dropped that
car from the market until such time as they could make it produce 375hp.
Nobody bitches about AT&T because they know they'll never get what AT&T
says they'll do.

Which is why they're lowest on the totem pole as IP providers with low
numbers of customers to prove it.

I remember that. I also remember AT&T digging a ditch on my street in
Mira Mesa to install fiber-optic cable. The cable was actually dropped
into the ditch, but never hooked up until PacBell came along and did so.
TW> OF course that is what they were fasmous for according to a Retired
TW> Pac Bell friend.
Yeup...
