I had these options for Synchronet in the stock .CFG file. They worked for me. I tried all 3 and they worked.


;AREAFILE Synchronet  c:\sbbs\                  ; Synchronet BBS dir
;AREAFILE  Synchronet c:\sbbs\ctrl\             ; Synchronet BBS config dir
;AREAFILE Synchronet  c:\sbbs\ctrl\msgs.cnf     ; Synchronet BBS config file
