Yep, the install process went through without a hitch..

Nope, but I just had a look in my m directory, there are the usual .mex
files in there but only 1 .vm, userlist.vm.. I'll delete it so it doesn't
cause any problems.

I had not even considered that, that sounds like what's been happening
when I save with control-z.
