He can, but he's not comfortable with computers (odd, for someone with
a degree in electronic engineering technology).
When he calls Juno, it drifts slowly up to about 10%, and drops back to 
zero and breaks the connection.
I don't know about ads.  He's never complained, so I presume he's never
seen any.  I'll ask.
