Hi Deborah,
  I am familiar with both Autocad version 9 and version 12.  I know both
versions have a digitizer tablet drawings within the program.  In version 12
the file is located at c:/acadwin/sample/tablet.dwg
  If you look through your Autocad directory I'm sure you will find a file
named tablet.dwg or a similar file name.  You can access this file and print
or plot in color a new tablet template.  This should help for now until you
find a laminated one.
