Go into syscon and go into the Groups menu. Check the rights to the U
directory under the group known as EVERYONE. The U directory should not be
listed. If it is remove it from the group.

The rights for the indivdual users that get created will be automatically
assigned by Syscon to the specific user and not to EVERYONE group.
