Their whole tco study is based on this premise, which I believe to be not
only false but totally baseless. Where is the proof for this classic
assumption? This is what they offer:
THEY ARE ASSUMING a windows admin can only manage 10 machines but a unix
admin can manage 1000? ROFL!!!!!
