You're right there in Austin where these things take place.  The clerk
at the title office will be glad to explain to you just how to go about
getting a replacememnt title, a "new" title or a "Builders" title.  In
Texas there are several ways of doing it.  Mostly it requires "Bill of
Sales" for the major components.
