Great message.  I think it would be a visionary venture for NFB to promote
their philosophy as we have with "long white cane use) for a guide dog
cent
er.  We have centers such as in NM and LA where the philosophy and high 
standard of training are preserved, I have lived both places as you will 
read on my resume.  I am a certified AER RT and counselor as well.  I have
taught in training troups at centers and have taught consumers in their
homes.  Elderly persons often require and desire home training for many 
even though another trend is to have them meet at a centralized location
for group instruction.
Both have merit.
