My youngest nephew is 17, 6'2", and wears a size 15 shoe.  We
doubt very strongly he's done growing.  Poor kid--he's going to
have the same problems you do.

Heh... I kind of like dancing with someone much taller, myself. 
And I'm not short for a woman--5'7".
