It's equally funny that I rarely hear women bother to contest the
actual statements of men they dislike.  They just crudely comment on
looks or sexual prowess.  But then I shouldn't fault you for doing your
best.

It does mean something, and since you obviously haven't a clue, I'll
tell you what it means.  If a man, however attractive, so much as hints
that women's attitudes are less than ideal, and if that man happens to
be in the presence of a woman, she will make so much noise that it will
be impossible for him to continue speaking.  In the interest of
finishing his intended statement, such a man will most likely complain
of women's attitudes when you aren't there, which is why you don't hear
him.

When a man says something profound, it's most likely to another man.
For you, he reserves trite conversation designed to get him in your
pants asap so he can ditch you for the next skank ho.
