Sure is.  I think I got my version from ActiveState, but the easiest way to
find it is by browsing http://www.cpan.org and follow the links from there.

Sorry, I'm not clear on this.  Do you mean the text list format or the html
list format (or both).  I just tried to browse to trmb.thebbs.org but
couldn't connect, so I'm guessing that you're not serving html pages at
this time (because the address resolved okay).

I also carry the full echo list distribution (about 1400 areas), but if
you're just wanting to check out the file stuff, you're probably better off
coming at the site via anonymous ftp to ftp.powerstationbbs.ca rather than
telnetting in to the bbs.
