Have you tried hitting Alt-ENTER ? Try both ENTER keys. Mine
won't work with the one of the far right of the keyboard. While
outside of BW go to the folder that contains TSE. Right click on
the EXE file and select properties. Then SCREEN. Set the "usage"
to "Window".

I am using version 4.0 and you are correct. QCONFIG.EXE is the
correct name. If you kept TSE's archive file it should be in
there. It has been a loooong time since I looked at it but I doubt
that it will help you since TSE (at least my version is) a DOS
program.
You may also have a file named QCONFIG.DAT that you can edit.
However, I think it is mainly used to change the function of keys.
