I've thought about threatening my own sleep-losers with that;
unfortunately, their parents might object. (Not that they wake me
up *themselves* at ungodly hours, but it's not uncommon for me to
be here at school by 6;30 am and leave around 5.)

And, John, you know, you catch more flies with honey than with
vinegar. Have you tried promising the computer a date with the
fax machine? It works with our copiers....
