I said this long ago to Ross, when he resorted to name-calling.  It's
totally unfair to tell people they can't call him a name when he's calling
them names, which is why I haven't moderated anyone about "Otto"
in a long time.  If Ross wants this echo to be a sanctuary from the
"Otto" taunting, he has to do his part.  *adh*
