Been there, done that...  slept on the Tshirt...  
except, we have 30+ clients who subscribe to that "policy".
when we first started out, it was hell, now that we've been able to get more
control of their systems, they've settled out, but we still get those 3am
pages..

HEH!..  it's not the nature of the beast, though, is it?

It's a polter-computer...
I find threatening to drop it out of the windows of tall office buildings
helps (if not the computer  behaviour, at least my frustration levels...
