   Or Celeron.  I compared one that was configured as closely as =
possible to one of Dell's cheapest.  I picked a 1.7 GHz P4 configuration =
because Dell didn't have a 1.7GHz Celeron system.  I couldn't figure the =
Dell as low as the other because of things like no battery and cheap =
video.  Even so, the Dell was $100 cheaper. =20
