 still hanging around here.  I just dropped in after a kind of forced
 absence of several months (computer problems coupled with a serious
 cash shortage), and saw this message.

   Cool!  My picks would be a bit different from yours, but these are
 definitely some good choices.  The Nirvana, Radiohead, Cranberries, and
 Toad the Wet Sprocket discs you listed are my favourites by each of
 those bands.

   Let's see, ...jeez I can never pick just ten... It changes from day to
 day.  And besides, I'm into all kinds of music, from jazz to classical to
 rock, plus some bluegrass, country, blues, etc.
   Even picking just ten pop/rock albums is hard enough.  If it came down
 to it tho', I guess I'd just have to close my eyes and grab ten off this
 list of twenty current faves (in chronological order):
