Hi Greg,
Loading OS2.nam for NW 3.12, or LONG.nam has been shown to
be safe and effective in my experience. However, to remove it,
use VREPAIR on entire volume and unload the supporing name space
NLM's. You will trash all long file names on that volume via running
vrepair on the volume and removing name space. Be sure to have
good backup, especially for SYS volume.
