I don't think so, the spooks here have been hiring hackers and security
types lately, the ones they can't hire they are trying to bribe via special
treatment, access to important stuff, etc. I think they realize the value.

Wireless is the motivating factor that will drive laptop sales. It may take
a while for people to realize that a $500 PDA just doesn't fill the same
gap as a real computer but it will happen.
