I know that one can get Netcomm 336D and Hayes Optima 336 Business modems
in Australia ok, but there don't seem to be 33.6 kbps capability available
locally for high end modems such as:

General Datacomm
Motorola Codex 326X
Penril Datalink
Telebit Fastblazer

Does anyone know the situation with high end Dataplex and Banksia modems?

I'm still working at getting Telstra putting some pressue on Motorola to
supply the 33.6 kbps firmware for the Motorola Codex 326X modems.
