Yes, it would be a good thing. My only qualm with it is
incentive for paying for the product. If I could figure out
some way to easily make the downloads available to licensed
users (and I could find time!) I'd start something like this
now.
Or perhaps I'm being too mercenary? Hey, I admit it. I
like getting paid! Anyway, opinions regarding this
are appreciated.

Yes, that would be nice. Lots of work needs to be done on
that compile macro.
As an aside, over the Christmas break, I converted a couple
of really large qconfig.dat files (anyone remember those?)
to tse.ui files. One of them made extensive use of QCP
(remember that? (Hey Tim Farley - are you still around?).
Anyway, I ended up writing a macro that does basically what
QCP did, and was quite happy with it. Perhaps one day it
will replace the compile macro.
