Probably not the real problem, but buy another Jet direct card.

Try disconnecting Work stations one at a time while monitoring
collsions, if you find disconnecting one workstation makes the
problem go away it probably needs a new NIC.

period if the collosions go away check his set up if its okay
then it could be the Ap but more likely the set up.
