Attention all Six Driver Upgrade People.
I just got back in town from TC and to my distinct surprise, I just
found out that Succesware has _shipped_ a 5.3 SIX upgrade. I'm not sure
how this has happened (because Neil Freeman who has been doing the
project is out of town and I can't reach him).... His Father has been
ill and he may be in PA (this is only a guess and I hope I'm wrong).
But in any case, to the best of my knowledge, what ever S'ware has
shipped did not go through any QC (at least not from me) As soon as I
can get a copy from them, I'll check it out and let you all know..but
last I heard from Neil, we were still weeks away from shipping. There
should have also been a new 5.2 lib on the same disk. That is the lib
I'm testing and appears to be in good shape but I have yet to test the
5.3 version.
We have also not received penny one from S'ware...but that doesn't
bother me and frankly we haven't asked for anything.
What bothers me is that you guys may have a defective product.
If I sound confused... I AM!
Al
